Delivery Information
You can buy through our online store for delivery to Ireland and the UK. We will send your order using the Registered Post service provided by An Post. This service provides insurance for the goods up to the value of €300. At our discretion your order may be sent by courier, particularly in the case of large/ bulk orders and orders to a delivery address outside Europe. If you specifically require your order to be sent by courier, please contact us before ordering to discuss. Delivery via Registered Post with An Post is charged by weight & package type. For further information on delivery rates via Registered Post, please visit the An Post website. Delivery via courier is charged based on weight and package dimensions.
International Delivery
For delivery to addresses outside the Ireland and the UK, please contact us to discuss before you place an order. We are happy to give you a quote for shipping to International addresses.
Delivery Charges
We do our best to secure the best value, lowest cost delivery options for our customers, however we are constrained by the availability of low-volume couriers and An Post services available in Ireland. Any reductions in delivery charges will be passed on to our customers and, at our discretion, we reserve the right subsidise delivery charges.
The delivery charge will depend on the delivery destination and the weight of the product(s) you buy. You can check the delivery charges for your region on the basket/checkout page before you purchase. Choosing your region will show the shipping charges to that region for the products currently in the basket.
In the event that you submit your order with the incorrect delivery charges applied, we will contact you in relation to this mistake and will send you a PayPal invoice for the outstanding delivery charges. If you do not wish to accept the delivery charges for your destination country, you can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.
We aim to dispatch orders received through the website within 2-3 working days, unless otherwise stated at the time you place your order. Where available, we will send you a tracking ID to track your order. Please allow 28 days for delivery of your order before you contact us regarding a lost or missing order.
